- Cover for the Front Desk Associate in his/her absence.
- Handle client/vendor requests and complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized desk/work area.
- Handle Administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, calendar management, and any others delegated by CEO or Company President.
- Inventory office supplies weekly and order as needed, with approval from direct supervisor.
- Accounts Receivables and Payables (to include deposits, reconciliations, and sending reports to 3-way reconciliation personnel).
- Audit hours and submit payroll thru Paychex System.
- Assist CEO or President with HR duties, as delegated.
- Learn and operate SoftPro Select (system used for Funding and Title Work).
- Be able to multi-task efficiently.
- Be able to follow written and verbal instruction efficiently.
- Assist in managing day-to-day office operations and any others delegated by CEO or Company President.
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or management role.
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Proficient in basic office tasks such as file management, data entry, use of Microsoft Outlook, and calendar management.
- Knowledge of basic business ethics.

The Administrative Assistant to the CEO will be required to work on-site at our location.
