Responsibilities:
Review all sub lists.
Review scope of project (full review of plan).
Review schedule of project and change with project manager if necessary.
Review ordering of long lead items.
Meet with all subs on regular basis to ensure smooth project.
Review all documents with ongoing change orders.
Walk site every day to make sure all subs are following plans.
Review commissioning list prior to punch list with each sub.
Ensure hard hats are worn/required if any overhead work is occurring.
Follow all OSHA rules and notify Foreman if workers are not working safely.
Review and check off all punch list items as they are completed for review with project manager.
Daily review of site safety and security.
Update job hours each week.
Qualifications:
Be on-site (trailer), knowledgeable in the construction setting, and able to run all subcontractors on site.
5
years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
Ground up commercial/industrial big box warehouse project experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
