Civil Project Engineer - REMOTE
Job DescriptionJob DescriptionHYBRID/MOSTLY REMOTE ROLE IN WISCONSIN - only very occasional job site visits are required.
Join our dynamic team as a Project Engineer and take on a pivotal role in independently completing tasks with professional judgment.
Your responsibilities will extend to managing tasks and schedules for other project team members, ensuring the accuracy of completed tasks through rigorous QC/QA processes, and providing technical suggestions and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Task Management:
Independently complete tasks with precision and professional judgment.
Manage tasks and schedules for other project team members.
Quality Control/Quality Assurance:
Ensure the accuracy of completed tasks through rigorous QC/QA processes.
Implement and uphold high-quality standards in project deliverables.
Technical Contributions:
Provide technical suggestions and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Utilize expertise to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Experience and Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Registered Professional Engineer or a strong willingness to obtain registration within 6 months of employment.
Minimum of 4 years of design/engineering experience.
Proficiency in office automation tools such as MS Word/Excel/Outlook.
Expertise in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
Familiarity with engineering automation tools.
Must possess a valid driver's license in the state of Wisconsin.
Valued Qualities:
Ability to provide mentoring to less-experienced staff members.
Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex information.
Proactive problem-solving mindset to overcome project challenges.
Active listening skills to understand client needs and requirements.
