The Mitigation Division Manager is responsible for the oversight and management of the mitigation division and the life cycle of projects.
This role will provide direction and coordination of all field activities related to the technicians, coordinator, vendors, and trade partners.
The Mitigation Manager will also be responsible for managing and growing the mitigation department.
Mitigation Division Manager
Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the Mitigation Division, which includes project managers, coordinators, and field crews, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
Manage and build high-performing teams, including recruiting and making staffing decisions.
Review job profitability and analyze financial reports pertaining to the mitigation department.
Support and train project managers to invoice and sufficiently document residential and commercial water, fire, and mold mitigation projects, to create accurate, defendable, and profitable mitigation summaries.
Communicate and negotiate effectively with insurance professionals when necessary.
Demonstrate exceptional communication skills with diverse customers.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and implement relevant solutions.
Manage company equipment tracking process.
Plan, organize, and manage mitigation crews.
Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
Attend all appropriate company meetings.
Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve conflicts.
Take on additional duties as required to support the overall success of the company.
Mitigation Division Manager Requirements:

years' experience in a management role, preferably in the restoration industry Xactimate experience is a plus Must be willing to answer phone calls and email after hours when necessary IICRC, WRT/ASD and MRT, or other related industry certifications, is a plus Possess exceptional organizational and planning skills Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated, responsible, accountable, and adaptable.
Willingness to grow with the company and learn new software Sale experience is a plus Willingness to recognize, step in and help solve problems Keywords:
