Responsibilities:
The Help Desk Specialist will be the first point of contact to provide exceptional customer service and on-site technical support to Robertson Ryan associates.
The Help Desk Specialist will be responsible for Tier 1 support of help desk requests and technical support across the organization, both in person and over the phone.
The specialist will also work closely with the Tier 2 support group troubleshooting issues.
Must maintain excellent customer satisfaction and service level agreements at all times.
The goal of this position is to handle user problems before finding it necessary to escalate the more complex issues to the Tier 2 group.
This position will be focused on providing outstanding customer service and communication to Robertson Ryan associates.
They will become the front end support for the entire company and must provide excellent customer service.
Required
Qualifications:
Technical help desk:
1-3 years or related experience (Required) Basic computer maintenance Technical service support experience Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues Exceptional customer relationships building and support Must have knowledge of:
Help Desk etiquette, Enterprise Networking concepts and operations, diagnostic techniques and protocols Experience with Microsoft Office, E-mail client support/Microsoft Exchange High level communication skills Work Location (onsite):
