Job Description:
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and optimization of a global Cisco wired and wireless network supporting voice, video, and data services for both corporate production and guest networks (25%).
Possess Palo Alto expertise, with a focus on Cisco 9K Wireless, VOIP, Cisco ISE, Cisco Prime DNAC, and Ekahau (25%).
Independently coordinate and execute low to high-risk network changes following the ITIL framework, particularly in critical functional areas with established designs and configurations (25%).
Familiarity with cloud environments is advantageous, including the ability to write processes and guidelines (10%).
Contribute to the development of standards, policies, and configuration guidelines, ensuring documentation for team review (20%).
Demonstrate proficiency in Python, and familiarity with SolarWinds is highly beneficial.
Be available for off-hours work, including on-call incident escalation and maintenance tasks outside of normal business hours (10%).
Manage perimeter network security, focusing on Firewalls (5%).
Collaborate closely with the Client Team to uphold Palo Alto firewall best practices and develop policies aligned with business needs.
Play a pivotal role in finalizing the network framework for Azure Cloud, leveraging extensive experience in Azure cloud environments (15%).
