YOUR OPPORTUNITY Delta Medical Systems is looking for a creative, highly motivated, and organized Quality Professional to join our team.
As a Quality Professional you will be an integral part of our organization by building close partnerships with our internal leadership and teams, by monitoring and inspecting measures to correct or improve our organization's standards and processes, and making sure that we adhere to state and federal regulations regarding medical devices.
You will work independently, by performing important areas of standard professional level work that typically require processing and interpreting, more complex, less clearly defined issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze existing methods to promote effective operations through standardization, improvement, simplification, automation, discontinuance, or other methods Document management administration duties, such as reviewing, posting, maintaining document records, and administrating quality system via SharePoint Maintain and handle internal audits and supporting external audit activities.
Manage multiple projects, communicate updates, and meet set milestones.
Processing and overseeing the calibration test equipment fleet, ensuring tools are calibrated on time Handling customer complaints and maintaining customer satisfaction processes Adhering to state and federal regulations regarding medical devices Administrate corrective action and continuous improvement efforts Coordinating and handling quality metrics and reports for quality management system meetings Collaborate with HR and management with training plans, competency and training records.
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with an ISO 9001 management system (in healthcare a plus, but not required; 2015 standard) Excellent verbal and written communication skills, while working with speed, organization, and consistency Strong PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook) High level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high impact, complex, and/or cross functional problems.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
