And if that's you we would love to have you join us!Job DescriptionThe Platform Architect is responsible for evaluating, designing, and implementing the architecture that supports our data lake (ROKFusion platform).
Today this platform is largely Azure based and includes Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure DevOps, and Azure Analysis Services.
The Platform Architect ensures proper governance policies are defined and implemented on the platforms.
They administer the Platform Security, monitor the Platform, and manage Platform Gateways, Environments, Resource Capacities and Connectors.
The Platform Architect also provides oversight and best practices methodologies utilizing modern tools such as DevOps or GitHub for version controls where required.
This role is responsible for working with capability teams to develop and manage a modern platform.
Drives modern engineering principles to implement, deploy, support, and operate the organization's platform.
Forms and articulates a clear vision of a strong engineering platform with associated team requirements to drive tangible outcomes.
The Platform Architect is a multi-skilled technologist with full stack experience, capable of selecting the right tools to meet the organizations data needs.

Key Responsibilities Produce a clear and visible technology roadmap that communicates desired outcomes and goals Gather feedback from product stakeholders to continuously improve the platform products (i.
e.
Databricks, Data Factory, and other technical services), features, and experience Drive consistency and innovation throughout the organization, by promoting the adoption of the platform services' best practices and modern software engineering principles Manage the selection of the organization's internal software in collaboration with different technology management teams Manage multiple deliverables and platform updates concurrently Create and maintain platform architecture documentation Communicate platform architecture updates to key stakeholders and capability teams Identify platform architecture risks and plans to mitigate them Coordinate delivery, validation, and deployment of vendor platform updates and enhancements Manage and track platform support issues to resolution working with both infrastructure and application teams Continuously learn new platform management skills and be the primary point of contact for different platform products Basic
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, software engineering, management information systems, or related field Preferred

Experience with large scale enterprise-wide data and analytics environments Experience in Architectural Design Technique Experience with the following or equivalent:
Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure DevOps, ADLS, SQL, Tabular models Familiarity with business concepts and impact of data on business processes Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking abilities Experience with AWS, Google, or other cloud service provider is a plus Ability to adapt to and assist colleagues to work through change and support change management processes Strong team orientation and ability to collaborate with the business and IT organizations Ability to retain and convey a positive attitude in challenging circumstances Act courageously by sharing viewpoints openly and directly with others, providing relevant and timely information and feedback, as required Ability to influence and obtains results through others within Rockwell in a respectful way Adapt appropriately to competing demands and shifting priorities Ability to work on issues of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of relevant factors.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
