Shift 1Monday - Friday, 8:

Weekend and call rotation included.
Summary:
Assists physicians with performance of interventional radiographic and related procedures for diagnostic interpretation and/or therapeutic interventions.
Responsible for preparation, documentation of inventory of materials, supplies and coding used for interventional radiology services.
Other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
Additional technical courses and experience with progressive responsibility and experience in IR/NIR and or Cath Lab is required.
One year of experience in an IR or Cath Lab setting OR completion of the FMLH IR Internship is required.
Completion of (minimum) a 2-year, approved, program in Radiologic Technology is required.
ARRT registered and current State of Wisconsin license as a Radiographer required.
Advanced certification through ARRT in ARRT-CI or ARRT-CV or ARRT-VI is required within 12 months of hire.
American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within three months of hire.

In-depth knowledge of the operation of interventional radiographic and related diagnostic and therapeutic equipment/supplies.
