Job Description Business Analyst with Life Insurance Exp Location - Milwaukee, WI (Day one onsite expected, hybrid mode of operations currently min 2 days in office) Full time Business Analyst.
This is full-time hybrid (Milwaukee, Wisconsin) position.
Skills and experiences:
oWork with the business and operations stakeholders, collect and write business requirements in the Agile form - user stories/ use cases etc.
oExperience with developing and maintaining project documents like Business Requirements Documents, process flows, wireframes etc.
oWriting individual stories that are very clear and concise and are easy to understand and implement by the development team oIdentifying related user stories and epics, grouping them into themes as necessary and documenting the interrelationship and associated business process flows as necessary oWork with technology partners to review functional solutions documentation oAnalyzing a broadly-defined area and using functional decomposition to define high-level epics and stories oDocument future business processes oParticipate in UAT cycles, including preparing and executing test cases and resolving issues with technology oProcess improvements and simplification of existing functions oDeliver end user training oWork with senior stakeholders for both technology and business oIntegrate data analytics, product metrics, user experience reseClienth, competitive and market analysis, and company goals to drive prioritization of product initiatives oLife Insurance knowledge and relevant experience having worked in Life Insurance project along with business analysis skills (mandatory) oCertifications on Life Insurance would be added advantag e.
