Be a strategic IT partner who supports business strategy development and helps drive business value results through digital technologies such as websites, mobile apps, marketing automation, learning management solutions, etc.
Responsible for planning, estimating, designing, testing and implementing digital technologies and applications supporting overall Business goals for our 85
global websites Analyze existing websites for usability, performance issues, SEO and Google Analytics potential Oversee the overall web architecture and guide the development teams for website, mobile, social media apps and integrated tools Troubleshoot technical issues, assist in identifying the source of the problem and drive to remediation with the development team Serve as a liaison between the Business Analyst and the development team to deliver design solutions Working with leaders to define success measures & metrics.
Track defined metrics to measure success of features/solutions, help to analyze results and partner across the organization to develop action plans and enhancement recommendations Develop design materials and be capable to present to upper management Communicate product portfolio reports to provide timely, accurate status and decision support information to stakeholders and leadership Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field ideally with a focus on back-end web development / architecture.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in web architecture, CMS, SEO, Google Analytics and other web solutions that support ecommerce, marketing, and related systems/applications.
Experience working with web development tools such as HTML, PHP, JavaScript MySQL, git, CSS, C#, XML, etc.
(Don't need to have experience coding just from a design/architect level will be working with coding teams) Familiar with tools such as Sitefinity or Sitecore CMS, Google Analytics, Semrush, Hotjar, Hubspot, etc.
preferred Familiar with web hosting platforms such as AWS or Azure, domain procurement, web SSL certificates, web security, etc.
Looking for someone who can self manage, no moonlighting- being available, self driven- drive to completionExperience with agile methodology and working with JIRA or other agile systemsAbility to travel (less than 5% if needed) Recommended Skills Agile Methodology Amazon Web Services Architecture Backend C Sharp (Programming Language) Css Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
