Supply Planning Analyst


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, operations management, or related discipline.
Knowledge and understanding of interdependencies of production and capacity planning, scheduling processes, distribution methods, inventory management, material flow and planning, Working knowledge of forecasting, transportation, distributor operations, sales, marketing and budgets.
Provides recommendations and contributes to shot- to medium-term tactical planning impacting multiple areas Analyze large volumes of information, evaluate and resolve complex issues in rapidly changing and ambiguous environment.
Advanced supply chain management systems and process knowledge.
Knowledge of SAP APO (advanced planning and optimization) Ability to execute new strategies that provide Client with competitive advantage in the marketplace through effective product supply processes.
Ability to understand the needs of the customer and develop product supply strategies that meet both customer and Client objectives.
Ability to quickly assess situations, identify root causes of issues, generate multiple solutions, make sound decisions, and effectively communicate at multiple organizational and functional levels across Client.
Ability to quickly build and develop effective working relationships across the organization.
Ability to operate at and tactical levels in the development of product supply strategies and plans that operationalize Client long term business strategies and effectively meet day to day needs of Client and our customers.
Ability to communicate highly complex, technical and analytical issues in simple business terms to a wide variety of stakeholders across the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities of the analyst include:
Contributes to and operates supply planning processes associated with 7 million hL including supply planning and supply chain optimization for Client.
Manages the supply planning processes which determine brewing, packaging, distribution, inventory, and supplier requirements plans, and also processes that oversee the execution of product supply plans, coordinate course corrections, and develop and implement contingency plans across the supply chain.
Adds value creation through the design and optimization of the Client supply network, from supplier through distributor.
Manages detailed supply plans which drive $5.
5B operating budgets.
Manages Client finished goods inventory strategy of $150M finished goods inventory across both distributors and distribution centers.
Contributes to the Sales& Operations Planning process which aligns Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance leadership on volume, revenue, and supply plans Management interface regularly with ForecastingDemand Planning Managers, Customer Management Senior Planning Analysts, Customer Management Planning Analysts, Logistics Transportation Managers, and Brewery planning and scheduling teams.
Requires day to day influence with above Managers and their teams.
Contributes to company revenue growth through effective product supply plans, processes, systems, and tools.
Operates supply planning process for the purpose of developing and executing integrated product supply plans across Client Contributes detailed supply plans to S&OP process, and other product supply execution processes.
Provides supply plans to integrated supply chain Managers, Planners, and Analysts.
Company revenue and profit plan goal Regular interface with ForecastingDemand Planning Managers, Customer Management Senior Planning Analysts, Customer Management Planning Analysts, Logistics Transportation Managers, and Brewery planning and scheduling teams.
Assists Senior Supply Planning Analysts in the creation and management of timely and accurate supply chain plans that deliver balanced results related to financial, quality, service, productivity and business growth that delivers Client annual plan and 3-5 year plan.
Compile and verify capacity inputs; including the governance of changes.
Insure supply plans are developed within the capacity limitations.
Identify sourcing &/or capital recommendations to address over-capacity situations.
Prepare routine and ad hoc utilization summaries.
Integrated SAP systems solution over 3 years Impacts 200
Client business users and 2000 distributor users, and 100 supplier users of supply chain management systems and tools Liaison with ISC in the determination and communication of brewery capacities.
Identifies and builds collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, primarily inside Integrated Supply Chain.
S&OP Plan & Cycle Critical working relationships with Supply Chain director and manager-level leadership Key working relationships with Integration and synergies team, including the Director, Supply Chain Synergies.
