WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Maintain gauge calibration certificates and supplier accreditations.
Perform measurement systems analysis (MSA).
Document, communicate, review and closeout INCARs.
Report quality problems including supplier and internal complaints.
Inspect product, raw materials and components.
Enter supplier certification data into database.
Construct process control documents.
Perform process capability studies and reporting results.
Complete customer sample submission documentation.
Formulate and improve written procedures.
Perform audits and train operators in quality-related methods or procedures as needed.
Measure and report process performance.
WHAT WE WOULD LIKE TO SEE FROM YOU Associate degree in a technical field and/or ASQ Certified Quality Technician or Engineer.
Automotive experience in quality control.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Demonstrated communication and good decision-making skills.
Demonstrated experience in using and training in the use of numerous gauges.
Problem solving and Advanced quality planning training.
Oracle experience.
