Responsibilities:
Position will inspect product according to specifications and standards.
Document non conformances and work with associates to implement corrective and preventive actions.
Conduct audits and analyze data to identify corrective and preventive improvements Conduct 8D and 5Why investigations of issues Read and interpret the requirements of drawings.
Analyze drawing requirements and make sound determination(s) of the appropriate inspection method/equipment to be used for product acceptance.
Use inspection equipment (ID/OD mics, calipers, various other gages) in determining product acceptance.
Initiate and complete all quality (Inspection) related records and documents with minimal supervision.
