We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Production Superintendent to join our growing commercial roofing team.
Successful Commercial Roofing Production Superintendents are highly adaptive individuals well-acquainted with the intricacies of commercial flat roofing and production management.
The Commercial Roofing Production Superintendent is responsible for making sure that all aspects of a commercial roofing project are successful from start to finish.
What you'll do Manage project life-cycle, including projecting planning, ordering materials, scheduling, crew & subcontractor management, while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction Ensure quality workmanship by adhering to installation guidelines, industry standards, codes, and best practices Provide exceptional customer service that exceeds customer expectations Work closely with manufacturers on warranty work Build and maintain relationships with clients and team members Ensure all production and quality goals are met Who you are Commercial flat roofing expert, with at least 5 years experience Experienced in production management, 2 years preferred Committed to quality, precision and excellence Knowledge of industry standards, best practices and building codes Excellent communication and customer service skills Suburb leadership skills and professional presence Well-developed professional ethics and will uphold company values Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) speakers are a plus What we'll do for you Provide a company culture that values and supports your professional development Give you the resources, tools and support you need for success Competitive compensation with goal-oriented bonus opportunities, $80K
