Power Washer Operator: 1st Shift

Milwaukee, WI Milwaukee, WI Full-time Full-time $16 - $21 an hour $16 - $21 an hour As a Power Wash Operator, you carry the responsibility of operating equipment, maintaining an even workflow, and providing clean core units to the teardown lines.
This is key and very important in the remanufacturing process of transmissions and to all our customers.
Your day will be spent loading & unloading transmission core cages for power washing following our process & procedures.
You must work efficiently, interact and help other team members to ensure daily demands are met and processes run smoothly on the production line.
Responsibilities:
Carefully load and unload transmission core units for power washing, maintain a continuous work flow Ensure cage safety chain is used every time and units are property cleaned before leaving the wash area Learn to operate power wash equipment, advise manager and supervisor of all equipment issues Manually power wash transmission core units when auto washer is down or backed up with work Keep rollers and floor area free of loose debris and dirt, sweep and mop area throughout the day Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment in your area as necessary, clean & inspect daily Suggest improvements, help train new personnel, communicate issues, work overtime when needed Follow directions from supervisors and managers, be proactive and helpful, follow process and procedures Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment, be at your workstation on time daily Embrace ETE Reman's Core Values Company Expectations:

Essential Functions:
Must be 18 years old, high school diploma preferred, detail oriented and accept responsibilities Willingness and understanding you will get dirty at times, and may have to work with chemicals Skill and ability of working with your hands, tools (must provide your own) and other instruments Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand & work on your feet for 8
hours a day and under pressure at times Have a Can-Do Attitude, with good time management, communication and decision-making skills Self-starting and motivation; believe in teamwork and uphold the ability to always help others Adhere to all safety rules, give it your all every day, must have regular, reliable, and predictable attendance Job Type:
