00 an hour We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Technician to join our Manufacturing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the completion of testing and inspection, dimensional analysis, and other quality assurance processes.
The Quality Assurance Technician will be responsible for the following tasks:
Hang 1st piece acceptance, perform in-process inspection on manufactured product, operate needle and hot tub conditioning units, set up and perform tensile tests, use scale and vacuum oven to determine moisture content, perform moisture checks on raw material using Moisture Content Vapor Pro Tester, verify Material Certification and Approve raw material, enter and edit SPC data in the SPC computer file, file all QA records and samples (obsolete and current), use incoming color chip samples to verify colorant in receiving, handle non-conforming material isolation and documentation, perform a dimensional layout referencing the HellermannTyton drawing, use SPC software, record all inspection and test data, weigh parts, perform process inspection checks and final inspections, use control plans, PPAP and PPC testing.
The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferably 1-year prior lab experience.
The Quality Assurance Technician should have excellent attention to detail, be organized, and have the ability to work independently.
They should also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Training will take place on 1st Shift for a few weeks.
