PM Shift (2nd shift):

30pm; Rotating weekends and Holidays are required.
Job Duties:
Implement patient care.
Assess patients both physically and mentally.
Collaborate with Psychiatrist, Therapist, Dietitians, and other members of our clinical team to develop appropriate plans of care.
Communicate with patients and their families.
Administer medication.
