The successful candidate must be able to work independently, be well organized and able to effectively work with clients.
Experience in plaintiff's personal injury is a plus.
Duties include:
Direct client communication; Calendar and track deadlines; Procure, review and summarize medical records; Schedule & Track all depositions; Assist with mediation and trial prep; Other duties as assigned by the attorneys.
Requirements:
Strong background in pleadings & discovery practice; Experience with MS Word, Outlook & Excel Excellent communication skills and attention to detail; Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment, Ability to take direction and open to training.
Salary commensurate with experience.
