The primary practice area of the firm is disability law and the case managers are responsible for the day to day handling of cases until they are transferred to an attorney.
Specific job duties include contacting clients by phone and email, answering a large volume of incoming phone calls and emails, filing appeals, and communicating with different disability offices.
We will provide training on our case management software, but proficiency with computers is a must.
Ideal candidates will have no trouble working under pressure and tight deadlines.
Ideal candidates will be organized as well as take initiative to provide high quality service to our clients.
Case Manager/Legal Assistant Skills and
Qualifications:
Must be able to operate well under pressure and tight deadlines Must be able to multi task and handle a large volume of incoming calls while completing other daily duties Must maintain a high level of professionalism at all times Must have some college or paralegal certificate Must have excellent written and communication skills Must be able to pass background check Starting hourly wage $15.
00 per hour, commensurate with experience Cover letters must be submitted with resume Have at least 2 refrenceses Bilingual in Spanish is a plus! NO RECRUITERS NO PHONE CALLS Additional Information:
