The construction superintendent will lead and manage the on-site construction assigned scope of work.

You will be the liaison to subcontractors and inspection authorities regarding approvals.
Success will require completing projects on time and within budget, while not compromising on quality while being pro-active, and performing well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
Leading and managing on-site construction work within assigned scope.
Coordinate and oversee work on site with construction team.
Becoming familiar with the schedule and budget and ensuring adherence to scope.
Ensuring quality standards and code compliance is met.
Implement and/or move up project timeline to ensure deadlines are met.
Monitor and ensure on-site safety compliance, cleanliness, and orderliness.
Maintain records and report for daily field reports, field orders, and RFIs.
Liaison with subcontractors, inspection authorities, development and construction team.
Requirements:
Experience as a construction superintendent.
Working knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel.
Knowledge of Procore helpful, but will train.
Ability to interpret and build according to drawings, specifications, and other construction documents.
Proficient at communicating on a timely basis with good interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
