Due to growth we are looking for the following position:
DESIGN & SALES ASSISTANT (Full-time):
LandCrafters, LLC has an opportunity for a qualified individual to join our staff as a Design and Sales Assistant and to support our experienced Landscape Architects and Designers.
Primary responsibilities would be assisting with base maps, measuring, designs, estimates, contracts and change orders; producing job packets; ordering job materials; assisting with permits; and processing new leads and entering them in CRM.
Secondary responsibilities would include assisting Sales Manager with website, Instagram and Houzz; assisting with award submittals; maintaining files; and coordinating with suppliers to maintain sample room and literature.
Applicants must possess good communication skills, have an ability to work with computers and data entry, have experience with AutoCAD, be proactive and a self-starter, possess excellent attention to detail and accuracy, have a willingness to learn, and an ability to deal with a wide range of clients.
While not necessary, ability to work with Photoshop and SketchUp a plus.
