Quick Apply Full-time 1 day ago Full Job Description The Commercial & Residential Painter is responsible for completing the installation process of our green coating technology, including surface preparation, base coat, flake, and topcoat applications.
The position will have experience working in roles that prioritize attention to detail, working independently, and applying some type of coating to an existing concrete surface.
The position can quickly learn a new product and installation methods.
The position is for accountable self-starters that enjoy working in a fast-paced, energetic, and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Attention to detail while working on a customers' site, delivering high quality results Effective and efficient installation of our coating, ensuring adherence to schedule Effective preparation of the floor surface prior to applying our basecoat Professional and polite communication with customers Participate in continuous improvement efforts creating better standard processes Regular communication and updates with management, especially when issues arise Requirements:
Floor coating experience using epoxy, poly-, or paint preferred Experience working with customers preferred Ability to stand and lift 50 pounds Ability to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation Ability to use computer/tablet/phone internet browser and basic applications Must be licensed to operate vehicle in accordance with all laws and maintain acceptable record Acceptable pre-employment background check High school diploma or equivalent Authorized to work in the United States Job Type:
