This Engineering position will be held accountable for delivering the following: Coordinate vehicle and/or powertrain builds, Manage vehicle orders, Build support, Deviation tracking, Vehicle shipping and logistics, Issue tracking, PDI scheduling, Work order management, Requisition/ordering process and order tracking, Manage fleet of vehicles, Rework coordination, Maintain calendar of usage, Retrofit coordination and tracking, Certification and regulatory testing support, Manage
Vehicle mock-up area, Data tracking, TIR status reports, Issue status reports, Third party ogistics (3PL) drawing coordination, Change process coordination and scheduling
Relevant
Experience:
Position requires a minimum 2 years' coordinator/facilitator experience in a similar prototype environment, Experience conducting vehicle development builds and testing support, Experience organizing components for prototype vehicle builds, Must be able to coordinate and organize engineering groups, Must be able to schedule and lead vehicle build meetings, Must have good attention to detail, Basic understanding of AS400.
This role also requires the following:
BOM Development and Maintenance
oUnderstands the concepts of BOM structure, part attributes, and
configurations. Can modify structure, part attributes, or run reports with minimal guidance.
Software tools such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project
oProficient at using office productivity software to generate small reports, graphs, tables, and spreadsheets.
Equivalency Definition
If the candidate does not meet the degree requirement a combination of relevant education and
experience should total the equivalent of (_4_) years.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
