o High school diploma or equivalent required
o 3-5 years of administrative experience with 1-2 years of HR experience
o Manages multiple competing priorities in a rapidly changing environment
o Some college education preferred
o Experience in SuccessFactors and/or other learning management systems
Responsibilities:
Responsible for coordinating DLS training sessions, logistics and tracking for all of our Distributor learning team classes. This will include tracking class schedules, sending communications, organizing logistics and tracking attendance for on and off site training sessions. They will work closely with our Learning Operations team to assure alignment and flawless execution
Hours: 10-15 hours per week. This position can be remote, but resource will need to come on site initially to train. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
