Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. College or technical degree preferred, students encouraged to apply.
The successful candidates must demonstrate the following attributes:
o Education and/or job experience that solidly demonstrates successful performance.
o Strong personal drive and demonstrated ability to maintain a positive demeanor and 'can do' attitude despite setbacks.
o Maintains self-confidence in ability to make a difference.
o Self-starter with good problem solving and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude for maintaining and troubleshooting equipment. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable. The candidate must be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly. The Pilot Brewery is a physically demanding environment, a majority of the time will be spent standing and the candidate must be able to bend, twist, move cases, move 10 gallon canisters, and hand bottle beer. Not a desk job.
Position is part-time: 20-25 hrs a week, Flexible schedule Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
