Responsibilities:
The Talent and Diversity Programs team enables the Talent Resourcing and Talent Management processes developing, facilitating the execution and providing governance to all talent and diversity and inclusion programs. This function is accountable for the development, governance and marketing of enterprise talent programs (including early careers internship programs), and diversity and inclusion initiatives including Employee Resource Groups, the Inclusion and Diversity Advisory Council and the Diversity and Inclusion Steering Committee.
Talent Coordinator responsibilities will include:
Coordination of campus recruiting events and logistics
Responsibility for high-level correspondence through e-mail, telephone, and mail
Compiling reports and analyzing complex information
Producing charts, tables and presentation materials
Aid in the preparation and filing of key records, statistics and reports
Administrative support for programs, projects or other processes as needed
At all times, he/she must serve as an ambassador for MillerCoors internally and externally.
Comments/Special Instructions
Title: Talent Coordinator (temporary part-time) Salary: Paid at hourly rate, not benefits eligible
Location: Chicago or Milwaukee office and work from home Timing: Start ASAP. 15 hours per week.
Duration: 2 months, with potential to extend
Student level: Senior or Graduate student Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
