Analyzing work orders to estimate employee hours, equipment and materials;

Suggesting changes to increase efficiency;
Maintaining and reviewing production paperwork;
Developing capital equipment justifications for equipment, tools and process technology to improve quality, cost and cycle times.
EDUCATION: 4-year degree preferred.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
1-3 years or more of manufacturing supervision experience;
Food manufacturing experience strongly preferred;
Knowledge of processes and mechanics of production line equipment;
Ability to manage, train and develop individuals;
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
Deductive reasoning skills and creative thinking;
Familiarity with GMP, quality and hygiene standards for food manufacturing highly desired;
Computer proficient in in Windows, Outlook, Word and Excel.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
