Operates machine that affixes metal nose tip to ballpoint pen barrel. Completed barrel used in final pen assembly. This operator will also be cross trained on various machines within the pen and brush department. Examples of Duties: 1. Loads pen barrels and metal nose tips into syntron bowls as same are depleted. 2. Monitors machine functioning for jamming and quality defects. 3. When machine jams, turns machine off, performs minor track clearing to rectify jam. 4. Seeks maintenance assistance if unsuccessful in step #3. 5. Requests additional pen barrels and metal nose tips when bulk containers are depleted. 6. Other duties as directed. Qualifications Minimum
Qualifications: Sufficient visual acuity and dexterity to effectively load parts into machine and monitor machine functioning. Ability to determine when machine is jamming and to perform minor track clearing when needed. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
