Key responsibilities include:
Responsible for the billing, collections and monitoring of our Continuing Care Retirement Center's (CCRC) Accounts Receivable
Oversee the daily management of accounts receivable staff, functions, and process month end reports
Provide support to communities regarding billing and aging issues; oversee pre-bill and invoice cycle
Generate and distribute month end reports and respond to questions about the information on the reports
Review customer's accounts for possible collection issues and maintains accuracy of data and ensure deadlines are met

We seek the following principal
Qualifications:
2 years of experience in accounts receivable/management
Experience with assisted living and skilled nursing facility billing
Strong background in billing Medicare, Medicaid and 3rd party insurance required
