Advanced Planning Attorney
The candidate will provide support for the field force by providing them and their client's professional advisors with estate planning and tax expertise for use in the Advanced estate, retirement, and business planning markets that use company products. Bachelor's degree and J.D. degree from an accredited law school, as well as admission to the Wisconsin State Bar are also necessary or Wisconsin Bar must be attained within 18 months of hire. Must have 5
years of estate, business, and tax planning experience in law firm or financial services firm working in the advanced markets or working with small business owners. Candidate for higher level must have 10 years of experience and leadership experience. Series 6 is required or must be willing to obtain within 3 months of hire. CLU, ChFC, or CFP designation is required or must be attained within 18 months of hire. Must have knowledge and experience in the area of business and estate planning, tax planning, and retirement planning, as well as knowledge of financial services products and distribution systems. Should have the ability to comprehend, evaluate and explain complex planning concepts in laymen terms in daily telephone communications or oral presentations, and in written publications. Must have significant experience presenting to audiences of all sizes and on a variety of topics and ability to travel lightly.
Note: This is a regular full-time, project funded position expected to last 18-24 months.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
