Business Analyst 18 month contract Milwaukee, WI $27-31/hr
Primary skill set would be a data analyst with database administration experience. Maintain quality and accuracy of dealer SAP CRM and SAP BW data. Conduct system testing on new and upgraded system functions with focus on data integrity. Provide support to DealerCRM team on all data analysis related tasks. Work with key stakeholders as new data sources are identified for MDM to insure quality and accuracy in loading and updating MDM/CRM data. Handle daily IDOC processing. Schedule requires some evening and weekend work to support information systems operations and maintenance work. MDM/Duplicate Monitoring oReview daily reports of potential duplicate customers. oIdentify transactions to merge/remove. oIdentify rules to reduce ongoing creation of duplicates. oWork with MDM and source systems to keep customer rules in sync and resolve conflicts. oWork with Business Systems Analyst to remove duplicates from all connected systems Transaction Monitoring oMonitor IDOC's daily oReview and correct failed IDOC's oIdentify potential rules to stop creation of failed transactions oWork with Business Systems Analyst to implement corrective actions oWork with MDM team and Business Systems Analyst to investigate issues and resolve failures due to MDM rule conflicts or system failures. Upload Programs/Scripts oAnalyze dealer CRM data for a variety of purposes SRL Splits, Buy/Sell agreements On-boarding new dealers with existing CRM systems, Other oCleanse the dealer data for uploading oMonitor loads for accuracy oCommunicate to dealer mentors when jobs are complete oWork with Business Systems Analyst to identify tools and processes to streamline these data manipulation tasks o Identify and manage the resolution of data quality issues, such as uniqueness, integrity, accuracy, consistency, and completeness in a timely fashion. TALONes Integration oMonitor quality of TALONes customer data and correct failed transactions.
Internet Browsers, PC system setup/configuration. Ability to create pivot tables and query / manipulate large data sets. High degree of attention to detail.
Process dealer system transactions for CONNECT SAP CRM system. Requires strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail; ability to deal with repetitive, tedious work. Ability to multi-task. Ability to work collaboratively with others to resolve dealer support calls. Must be able to handle a heavy volume of work. Must be a self-starter - interested in learning.
