Job Summary
This position supports the Leadership & Business Skills Project Managers, coordinatingtraining projects related tocurriculum design and development of learning content. The curriculum design and development projects include: business outcomes, course objectives, content, design, modality, etc. - allcurriculum required to support the Global Dealer Network programs focused on leadership and business skills.

This person will assist and monitor the delivery and evaluation of the effectiveness of the curriculum in supportof continuous improvement. This position is responsible for monitoring project budgets whilemaintaining stakeholder satisfaction. The coordinator also manages professional relationships required with internal stakeholders and contracted suppliers to ensure consistent quality courses are delivered.

Project Management

Identify program requirements to develop project deliverables; design document, training plan, stakeholder analysis, communication plan, risk assessment, task milestones, etc.
Coordinate assignment of responsibilities to projectstakeholders, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and suppliers
Coordinate activities of stakeholders to ensure projects is on schedule and within budget

Budget Management
Contractors, at all levels, are expected to:
Manage and monitor budgets for assigned projects to ensure they're meeting budget projections
Track invoices associated with projects to achieve forecasted budget commitments
Accurately communicate budget needs and recommendations for future departmental budgets based onassessment of past and future projects and the growth objectives
Ensure that all budgetary deadlines are met for invoices, cross-charges, charge-backs, etc.

Self Development
Contractors, at all levels, are expected to:
Be well-informed of new innovations, changing technology and learning methods which enhance their skill set
Improve educational skills through continuous learning and development in the areas of adult education and learning
Continue advancement of managerial skills/responsibilities (i.e. project management skills, etc.)
Identify competencies and technologies needed to meet future objectives and proactively acquire personal skills in those areasEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
