CARA's customer is seeking a change management/organizational design consultant to assist with multiple initiatives. Some key tasks will be to work with Leaders and Managers to create a change strategy plan, analyze workforce data, and create a roadmap.
CARA's customer currently has three major initiatives. The consultant may assist with all three or portions of the project.
Global Field Organization Change Roll-out: Consistent field org structure is being rolled out across the globe. Assessing people, placing them in roles, communication of changes and support for transition to the new model.
Related Product Marketing Model-Develop and implement a consistent marketing structure around the globe. Creating org change plan to roll-out recommendation.
Retail Transformation-Identify retail capabilities needed in the company. Create a roadmap to develop the capabilities over time.
Qualifications:
Experience designing and developing change strategy
Prior experience working on a global initiative
Role mapping experience
Strong consulting experience
Duration: 6-9 months
Location: Milwaukee, some flexibility for remote work
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
